I wanted to write a letter explaining my recent experience at your dealership particularly in the service department. I have recently moved to the Newport area and have passed by your dealership on a number of occasions. With my GMC truck needing service I decided to use your facilities. Of the three times I have brought my truck in there I have received nothing but exemplary service from both the Service Advisor and the Service Technician. Laree Townsend has gone way up above and beyond to help me out getting my truck service, making me feel like a valued customer and helping me out every which way she could. Being in the retail industry myself I find it very rare these days to find someone who has the abilities and personality she does. Not only do I not have a single complaint but I have been telling everyone I know how amazing your service department is. I will continue to bring my vehicle to your dealership for service and when the time comes hope that the sale staff will be just as helpful as Laree has been. Kudos to a great staff you have there!
